My elephants are pink and gray! LOL The other night while playing around with my new stamp set “Wild About You” by Theresa Momber, I also enjoyed a glass of TGI Friday’s Pina Colada mix. Since I can be a bit of a cheap date when the alcohol is out, I couldn’t help but color one of my elephants pink. 😉
I added the Happy Birthday greeting (from Theresa’s Sending Sunshine stamp set) knowing I’ll be sending this to my niece for her 21st birthday. Heheheheee I used Copic markers in R20, R22, R24, for the body and E00, & E11 for the tusks. The red paper is a piece of craft-core that matches really well with the colors and I used wonky rectangle nestabilities dies to frame the elephant. A touch of sparkle was added around the edge of the panel and the greeting with my Sakura stardust pen.
I also created a more realistic elephant with room for a sentiment with my new neutral gray Copic markers N0, N2, N4, N6 with the tusks again in E11.
When I created the background panel, I tried adding sunrays to give the sunset a more vibrant look. Need to work on that a tick more to really perfect it, but it’s not a bad start. The panel was made with the large deckled rectangle nestabilities die with Memento inks in Rich Coca for the ground and grass, and Dandelion, Cantaloupe, and Tangelo for the sky.
As always, thank you for dropping by. If you see something you like, feel free to drop a comment about it!
